This is a paper presented by me at one workshop last month. The theme of the workshop was 'Law and social movements'. It was attended by scholars and academicians from different parts of the world. (I was the only dumb person present there.)
The Workshop was organized by Prabha Kotiswaran, a doctoral candidate at Harvard Law School and was primarily supported by the Hauser Center for Non-Profit Organizations at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.

You need to download acrobat reader I guess if it is not loaded in your PC as this file is in pdf format. I will try and upload Word version of the file so that anyone can access.

Yes but you can download acobat reader from google and many sites do offer it. Anyway now I have also posted the same paper in word format that you can easily open.
